Across the UK and globally, many individuals struggle to access meaningful support. Financial constraints, long waiting lists, geographic limitations, and stigma continue to prevent people from seeking help. Even where services exist, they are often not experienced as accessible.
As a result, many people face isolation, low confidence, and reduced wellbeing without consistent support structures.
Quest of Life was created to address this gap by offering free, accessible, and community-led support spaces that prioritise psychological safety, inclusivity, and human connection.
Your donations help us continue working on our core mission to remove barriers to support by providing facilitated peer groups for individuals who are unable to access appropriate help elsewhere due to cost, stigma, lack of local services, or previous negative experiences.
Currently we can only accept donations in £ GBP. For custom amounts or any other requests, please email us at admin@questoflife.org stating the amount, and whether you'd like to make a one-off or a recurring donation. We will then set up a custom donation link for you.

The group has made me more aware of the reasons for avoidance and procrastination. I feel less shame for my struggles and where I am in life right now. The sessions also helped me reduce the guilt I feel for past mistakes and failures.
I feel more hopeful and motivated for the future. And it's not just the motivation "high"' that people feel after watching a motivational video. I feel a grounded sense of motivation with a better understanding of myself and plan to move forward.
– Yash
I was genuinely looking forward every week for our Sunday meetings. I think the meeting were incredibly valuable opportunities to discuss and learn about a lot of topics. I genuinely saw some improvement in the way I was living my life. It was of a great help with my feelings of loneliness to find a group of people to do this with. In everyday situations I would catch myself having positive thoughts how even if I fail something, or if something doesn't go well with my week, I have a safe, nonjudgmental space I can share my experience of the week. I also noticed that my communication skills drastically increased, as the topic we are diving in might seem simple at first, but in the real world with average people, they are incredibly advanced and powerful.
– Leo
"Before joining this group I felt very alone, but since joining group coaching, I've regained a sense of hope. Being able to learn about others' struggles and share my worries without judgment every week has been extremely enlightening. On days when I would usually lie in bed feeling dejected due to a setback in life, I find myself thinking about what we discussed in the group sessions, which helps me push forward."
– joky6493
"I totally recommend to everyone who's considering therapy to also simultaneously try group coaching so that they don't feel so alone about how they suck at life. If I was to go to therapy with group coaching now, It probably would be less awkward and more comfortable to be vulnerable with the therapist.
Facilitators are organized, responsive, punctual and compassionate. Everything is well thought and anticipated. They're doing it all without charge. It's really different when people aren't there for the money, but for their faith in humanity. I truly feel so grateful to be a part of this. I appreciate it guys. Thank you so much."
– Zahrina
"Before joining the group I had no idea how group coaching works and i was scared and very skeptical whether it would help or not, but im glad I had the courage to join the group.
The group made me open up to an extent I couldn't have imagined. Before joining I was in a mental void of victimizing myself, thinking that I was the only one with so many challenges in life.
My social anxiety has improved a lot, my communication skills and fear of people has reduced and, most importantly, I am less scared to share my struggles with others."
– shaden_fr
Maybe a year ago I noticed how harsh I was to myself, but couldn't really stop it. Now, after being in a couple of groups, I have gotten quite a bit more understanding towards myself. When I notice I'm blaming myself for something, I have the tools to question it and think about whether it really is accurate or just my brain's habit.
– Anonymous
"This group ended up being one of the most organized and productive things I have had the pleasure of joining. In sessions we are guided through ways to communicate and listen to others struggles while respecting their boundaries. As someone who tends to be very shy about trusting others I have felt incredibly safe, comfortable, and open to sharing my feelings with the people in my group.
Over the past weeks I have seen a lot of productive changes in the way I approach my problems and the way I communicate with others in my life. I think the sessions really give an opportunity to empathize and understand with one another."
– Sarah
"This group has helped me figure out why I procrastinate so much with my academic work. I learned active listening which I used to improve my relationships, and met lots of interesting people here. I really value getting feedback on my situation in a safe environment."
– tomas2674
"The group created something that I could look forward to every week, not only as a productive activity that helps with my mental but also as a fun social event. I think for people who prefer group settings group coaching can work even better than the individual approach. It adds a social layer to coaching, and many fellow gamers usually want that in their lives."
– .sh1n
"The group exceeded my expectations in many ways. Its unique blend of compassionate and kind individuals from around the world helped me feel supported and taught me how to help others help themselves. The sessions particularly helped me dealing with my social anxiety. I realized it's okay to be heard and seen, and that sharing difficulties with others makes me feel less alone in my struggles.
Overall, the group helped me become more resilient and comfortable with myself, and I'm grateful for the experience."
– Irene
"After only 10 session, I already felt the positive impact on my life. I am able to think in a more structured way, and there's a specific instance where the group helped me process my feeling of not wanting to bother people. The coaching also improved my communication by providing opportunities to safely practice skills like reflective listening & asking open-ended question. I feel more empathetic towards people and people's response to me has improved."
– Fam, SG
"I got to say, I'm really glad I found and joined this Support Group. It's probably one of the best decisions I've made in a long while."
– Jasper
"I was hoping to join a community where I could practice my social skills, and get insights on how I could better improve them. A lesson I learned in the group is to be more proactive rather than laid-back and passive. My peers in the group taught me this when they shared their feedback with me.
Participating in the group also helped me get more comfortable talking to people on camera. I used to have anxiety around that, and probably still do, but the weekly meetings made me a little more comfortable than when I first started."
